Mid-Ohio Farmacy is a program connecting patients with the healthy foods they need. It is brought to you by Mid-Ohio Food Collective and local health care providers and insurers.
We provide easy access to fresh produce at many area locations. We aren’t a medicine pharmacy. We are a nutritious food farmacy here to help people with health conditions. It’s easy. You enroll with your doctor and you get a card to shop.
Now, we’re adding more partner agencies as Mid-Ohio Farmacy locations.

Farmacy program eligibility.
The state of Ohio issues clear guidelines and hunger relief agencies are required to collect income eligibility information. This allows us to better serve you, making sure that you obtain adequate food for those in your household.
Participants must be at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or below to qualify for assistance. Each Mid-Ohio Farmacy location needs this information for your first visit.

A shopping experience for a Farmacy member is no different than a regular shop. The only difference is that Farmacy customers can come to your agency once a week to get fresh produce for their household.
